Zylo Player ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Zylo Player, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide and improve our service:
a) Device Information
- Device Identifier: A unique identifier (MAC address) generated for your device, used for device registration and remote playlist management via the web portal.
- Device Type: Whether you are using a phone, tablet, or TV, along with the operating system version and app version.
- Device Model: Hardware model name, used to optimize app performance for your device.
b) Usage Data
- Anonymous analytics such as app opens, feature usage (e.g., which screens are visited), and session duration.
- Crash reports and performance data to help us identify and fix bugs.

- We do not collect, store, or have access to your IPTV credentials, playlist URLs, or playlist content.
- We do not track, log, or monitor the media content you watch or stream.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
